UltraScript® 2.0 Reverse Transcriptase is a thermostable reverse transcriptase enzyme, designed for speed, performance, and superior cDNA representation for the most challenging RNA sample types. This engineered MMLV reverse transcriptase can be used with reaction temperatures above 55°C, providing improved specificity, higher cDNA yields, and more complete cDNA products.
